Celebrating Our Volunteers – And Could You Be One Too?

This week marks Volunteers’ Week, a UK-wide campaign held annually from the first Monday in June to celebrate and recognise the vital contributions of volunteers.

Here at Feline Network, we quite simply could not function without our volunteers. They are the backbone of everything we do, from caring for cats and fostering, to running our shop, driving to vet appointments, fundraising, and so much more.

Thinking of Volunteering?
Volunteering is incredibly rewarding.

It’s a brilliant way to:

  • Make new friends
  • Gain new skills
  • Support your mental wellbeing
  • And most importantly, make a real difference

We’re currently looking for volunteers in a variety of roles:

  • Charity shop assistants
  • Fosterers
  • Fundraisers
  • Scanners (for checking microchips)
  • Home checkers
  • Drivers

No previous experience is needed — we’ll provide all the training and support you need. We’re a friendly team, and you’ll be welcomed with open arms.

A Huge Thank You
To every person who has volunteered with us in the past, and to those who continue to do so today, we want to say a massive thank you.

You are truly amazing, and we couldn’t do this without you.
