Meet Peter Parker *RESERVED* – A Timid Soul on the Road to Recovery

Currently in foster care, we’d like to introduce Peter Parker, a gentle 1-year-old boy who is learning to trust again after a difficult start.

Peter was found alone in a garden, suffering from an abscess on his back leg. Thankfully, a kind rescuer brought him to a local vet, where he received treatment and was kept safe until he could come into our care.

While we don’t know what Peter has been through, it’s clear he has experienced trauma. He arrived terrified and shut down, pressing himself as far away as possible—but despite his fear, he has shown no aggression whatsoever.

Over the last three weeks, we’ve made slow, steady progress. Peter is now allowing gentle head and chin rubs—but only if approached calmly and with care. Each day, we read and sing to him to help soothe and reassure him.

Peter still has a long road ahead, but we’re committed to giving him all the time and love he needs.

If you would like to sponsor or adopt Peter and be part of his journey, please contact Debbie at fnadoptioninquiries@aol.com.

Please send Peter your love as he continues to heal.
