Welcome to June – Meet Sid

Welcome to July – can you believe we’re already halfway through the year?

This month’s Calendar Star is the very handsome Humphrey. Just look at him posing for the camera – and who can blame him? He knows exactly how gorgeous he is.

After months of stress with our leaky roof, we’re pleased to report that the repairs to both the roof and ceiling are now complete, and the scaffolding has finally come down. While we had the scaffold in place, we also took the opportunity to give the front of the building a fresh coat of paint. We’re now looking smarter than ever.

Our donation bays are fully back in action, so we’re once again able to accept our usual range of donations. If you’re unsure about what we can take, or if you have a large quantity to drop off, just send us a message and we’ll be happy to help.

Calling All Volunteers
Summer is always a busy time for us, with lots of lovely visitors coming to the Bay. That means even more donations – and we need more volunteers to help process them and keep our shelves and rails fully stocked.

The minimum age for volunteering is 16, making this an ideal opportunity for students looking to gain experience in retail or fashion. It’s a brilliant addition to any CV.

We’ll be posting more details soon, but if you’re interested in joining our friendly team, whether you’re young or old, please do get in touch.

Stay Safe This Summer
Finally, with the sun making more regular appearances, please remember to keep your pets cool and hydrated. Ensure they always have access to shade and plenty of fresh water.

Wishing you all a wonderful month – and thank you for your continued support.
